According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), the latest figures show that Americans spent more than 12 billion dollars on surgical and minimally invasive procedures.  Since ASAPS began collecting statistical data in 1997, there has been a 273% increase in the number of procedures performed on men. Liposuction has been by far the most popular cosmetic surgery procedure among men to address the issues of love handles, muffin tops and other frustrating fatty deposits.  Liposuction was followed by nose, eyelid surgery, male breast reduction and facelifts.

The five most popular non-surgical procedures for men are Botox treatments, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, injectable fillers (such as Juvederm), and skin resurfacing.
